Confidence and strength training for young athletes
This 3 weeks class is designed to help female athletes build confidence, mental strength, and emotional resilience, skills that go far beyond sports and into everyday life. I teach powerful tools like positive self-talk, visualization techniques, and cord-cutting exercises to help her clients break through limiting beliefs and step into their full potential.
Class duration is 1 hour. The first 30 minutes will focus on mindset performance. The last 30 minutes will focus on strength, speed, and agility training.
